What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pcs per design. You can mix several designs in one order, as long as each design reaches 100 pcs.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, and samples are free. You only pay the express shipping, which depends on your country; we confirm the cost before sending. Samples are ready in 3-7 days so you can check colour, size and finish before ordering in bulk.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. We can produce in your colours, adapt shapes, add your logo or initials and pack in your own branded cards, boxes or labels. Samples can be developed from your artwork or from our original designs.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices depend on the design, material, quantity and customisation, so we quote every order individually. Send us the product names or catalogue item codes and your quantities, and we'll reply with pricing.
How long does bulk production take?
Production time depends on the products, quantity and customisation. We confirm the lead time with your quote, before you place the order.
How do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Yiwu, China, by sea, air or express courier, and we handle the export documents. Shipping cost is calculated on your order's weight, volume and destination.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to start production and the remaining 70% when the goods are shipped. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and L/C.
